The School of Ukrainian Studies held a wonderful Christmas celebration at the Ukrainian Baptist Church in Vancouver on December 21st. Principal Igor Levkiv opened the celebration with a prayer. The event featured special video greetings from students and teachers. Students from grades 4-6 performed “Good Evening to You, Dear Host!” while younger children recited lovely poems. The songs “Christmas Night” and “Snow is Falling” filled the room with a magical Christmas atmosphere.

A performance of “Love Ukraine” served as a poignant reminder of the importance of praying for their homeland. Vice Principal Olga Serhiivna expressed gratitude to the children for their performances, and Principal Igor Levkiv extended Christmas wishes to all attendees. Each child received delightful treats at the conclusion of the celebration. The event brought joy and happiness to everyone present.
