Application Process:
To register your child, please complete our “APPLICATION TO ATTEND UKRAINIAN SCHOOL OF KNOWLEDGE” form. This form serves as your child’s application and provides us with essential information.

Required Information:
Our application form requests the following details:

1. Child’s full name (in both Ukrainian and English)
2. Child’s date of birth
3. Parents’ full names
4. Address, telephone number, and email
5. Languages spoken by the child (Ukrainian, English, other)
6. Level of Ukrainian language proficiency
7. Name of the school your child currently attends
8. Emergency contact information

School Year:
Our school year begins on the second Saturday of September and ends on the last Saturday of May. Classes are held every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Fees:
– Registration Fee: $35 per family
– Textbook Fee: $35 per family (non-refundable)
